I just found out that another of my Veranda quilts is up for the COVER or Fons and Porter's Love of Quilting. Isn't that exciting? They are having a poll to choose the image over on Facebook.
It has half-square triangle, quarter square triangles, every color under the rainbow - pretty much the kitchen sink!
If you like this quilt, any support you could show by voting would be greatly appreciated.

ReplyDeleteDone! I was fortunate to be able to visit F&P's shop when we were visiting family in Iowa this past fall. Had a great time there and that same weekend was the "Bridges of Madison County" Festival so we got to see some of those as well.

ReplyDeleteAbsolutely! One Saturday morning I got up at the crack of dawn and my son was glued to the tv. I asked him what he was watching - he said "fons and porter, mommy - look! They're making hexagons!!!" (that coming from my 5 year old = precious!!!)
