"A Box of Chocolates" is featured on page 8 and am thrilled!
I think they did a great job with the photography. This quilt was fun - usually I plan out where every fabric will go in my quilts down to the last detail, but I just winged it with this one and was plesed with the result. Kimberly, at Fat Quarter Shop, has kits ready to go. Some SKUs of Swiss Chocolate are selling out, so make sure you hop over and claim your kit before they are gone if you are interested.

The one in McCall's is just a bit different than the one I'm doing. I like it with the dark sashing, but I think I will love it with the lighter one. I also love that mine will have the flower petals. I ironed on some on one block today and it looks FANTASTIC! I am loving this quilt so far!

ReplyDeleteThe magazine spread is gorgeous! Congratulations on all your successes! I'm checking for the magazine tomorrow when I go out and wish I could order the fabric from FQ...i think I've ordered my quota of fabric for now (according to the budget planner--my husband).

ReplyDeleteDeb, FQShop doesn't seem to be carrying the full line, but Wonderous Woven Fabric has everything! Just in case your budget loosens up. ;)
ReplyDeleteFat Quarter Shop did have the whole line, but some SKUs have sold out, when they did, they disappeared off thier website temporarily. They should be reordering. There are still two mgazine quilts to come out for this collection and they are kitting one of them. But, yes, Wondrous Woven Fabrics has everything right now. Hope that helps!
